How to choose the right QA course

Each course on SoftwareTestPilot follows the same pattern: a short lesson explains one idea, a practice lab makes you apply it in real code, and a section check confirms you understood it before moving on. Pick based on the testing you do today, or the job you want next.

For manual testers moving to automation

Start with Playwright Automation, then add API testing. Together they cover most automation job descriptions.

For automation engineers levelling up

AI Testing covers testing LLM features and AI agents. Git and CI/CD courses help you run suites in pipelines like a team would.

QA course questions

1.Which QA course should I start with?
If you are new to automation, start with Playwright Automation: it begins with setup and basic locators before moving to frameworks and CI. If your daily work is backend or microservices testing, start with API Testing. Testers who already automate and want to test chatbots, LLM features or AI agents can go straight to AI Testing.
2.Do I need coding experience?
No. The Playwright and API courses explain the code they use line by line. If you have never written JavaScript, the JavaScript for Testers course covers the parts testers actually need first.
3.Can I try a course before paying?
Yes. Every course page shows the full curriculum, and lessons marked as free previews can be opened before you buy. The current price and any offer end date are shown on each course card.
4.How long do I keep access after buying?
Buying a course gives lifetime access to that course. Your progress is saved to your account so you can continue on any device.
5.What do I get when I finish a course?
A completion page that lists the sections, labs and assessments you finished, which you can share to the community or LinkedIn. It is proof of the work you did, not an industry certification like ISTQB.
