Selenium Grid 4: how do you enable video recording per session?

Migrating from Zalenium to Selenium 4 Grid. We need MP4 per session for failure triage. Docs mention a video image but concrete docker-compose is thin. Looking for a working example that saves videos to a mounted volume.

The official selenium/video image works well - one video container per browser node, sharing the display and a mount for the mp4 output. Key gotchas: match the SE_VIDEO_FILE_NAME per session using SE_OPTS, and give the video container the same shm_size or FFmpeg drops frames.
