GitHub Actions matrix for Playwright shards - reports do not merge

Question

Each shard produces its own HTML report but I only get 1 in the final artifact. I want a single merged HTML report from all shards. Using playwright@1.45, actions/upload-artifact@v4.

Playwright 1.45 ships a first-party merge-reports command. Emit the blob reporter per shard, upload all blob folders, then run playwright merge-reports in a final job. One clean HTML report at the end.

If you are still on Playwright < 1.45, blob reporter is available from 1.44. Below that, use monocart-reporter for merging - it works with multiple JSON outputs.
