Cypress → Playwright migration — what do you regret?

About to start migrating ~700 Cypress specs to Playwright. Read all the marketing "why Playwright > Cypress" posts. Now I want the other side. For teams that've completed this migration 6+ months ago: what do you *actually* regret? What did you lose (DX, tooling, team velocity) that the switch cost you? What would you do differently, or would you not have migrated at all? Honest post-migration regrets please, not vendor comparisons.
