QA Mentorship
Discover QA professionals who are available to mentor, and send a short structured request.
Mentorship here is voluntary and unpaid. Contact details are never shared automatically — keep conversations inside the community.
About QA Mentorship
Mentorship connects testers who want guidance with experienced members who have offered their time. Whether you are preparing for your first QA interview or planning a move into automation or test leadership, a mentor can save you months of guesswork.
How it works
Mentors list the skills they can help with and how many mentees they can take on.
- Search mentors by skill, such as API testing, Playwright or test strategy
- Send a short request explaining your goal and where you are stuck
- The mentor accepts or declines; nobody is matched automatically
- Once accepted, continue the conversation through Messages
Writing a good request
Be specific. "I have one year of manual testing and want to learn API automation in three months" gets a better response than "Please guide me". Mention what you have already tried and what kind of help you want: a review, a learning plan or interview practice.
Becoming a mentor
If you have experience to share, switch on mentor mode in your settings below. Pick your skills, set a limit on active mentees and pause at any time. Completed mentorships count towards your community achievements.
