Recognition
SoftwareTestPilot Community Leaders
We recognise experienced testers who contribute meaningfully to this global QA network. Every leader is reviewed and approved by our team — the role is never granted automatically from points or activity counts.
Experienced testers approved by our team for consistent, helpful contribution.

How recognition works
Points come only from help other testers confirmed, or work you completed. These are the live rules.
No points for simply posting, asking, liking or reacting, so repeated posts and clicks never count. Answers earn points only when the asker or a moderator marks them helpful or accepts them.
Achievements are private until you choose to share them.

About Community Leaders
Community Leaders are members who help run the SoftwareTestPilot QA community. They welcome newcomers, answer questions, host sessions and help keep discussions useful and respectful.
What leaders do
Leaders volunteer their time alongside their own testing work.
- Answer questions and point members to useful resources
- Host or support live events and group discussions
- Help moderators by flagging spam and content that breaks the guidelines
Becoming a leader
Apply from this page. We look for members who already help others regularly, follow the community guidelines and can commit some time each month. Applications are reviewed by the team, and nobody is made a leader automatically.
